Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an experienced Cloud Data Platform Engineer to design and manage cloud data infrastructure across Azure and Snowflake. You will build CI/CD pipelines with GitActions and use Terraform for IaC to deliver scalable data solutions.

Remote work is nationwide in the U.S. with in-office requirements in Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. as needed. Emphasis on security, high availability, and collaboration on healthcare workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Data Platform infrastructure for Azure and Snowflake.
• 3+ years configuring Snowflake and data warehouses.
• 3+ years DevOps tooling including GitActions CI/CD and Terraform.
• 2+ years setting up Databricks for data engineering and analytics.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Cloud Data Platform infrastructure for Azure services and Snowflake.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitActions.
• Utilize Terraform for IaC to automate cloud resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure high availability and security.
