Allstate is seeking a Cloud Provisioning Engineer within ATSV Infrastructure Services. You will design and operate cloud platforms across AWS and Azure, building secure, opinionated environments and automation pipelines.

In a paired-programming XP setting, you will mentor engineers, drive infrastructure as code, and partner with application teams to meet security and reliability standards. This role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering scalable cloud solutions for the

Qualifications

Strong Python development experience for production‑grade automation.
Extensive experience building cloud infra in AWS and/or Azure.
Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code including Terraform/OpenTofu/CloudFormation.
Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines for provisioning cloud infra.

Responsibilities

Writes and maintains Python applications that automate provisioning and management of cloud environments.
Builds opinionated cloud environments and platforms aligned with security and business requirements.
Automates deployment of software in cloud environments and designs reusable infrastructure modules.
