Job summary
Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced Cloud Application Developer to modernize enterprise applications and migrate Power Platform solutions to Azure-native architectures. You will design cloud-native apps using React, .NET, REST APIs, microservices, and Azure services while leading data modeling, security, and deployment considerations.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development and cloud modernization.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud-native architecture and development, including migrating Power Apps/Power Platform to Azure-native solutions.
- Proven experience with React, .NET, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cosmos DB and Azure SQL, including data modeling, migration, and performance optimization.
- Experience with GitHub/GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation, security, and monitoring (Application Insights).
- Ability to provide technical leadership across architecture reviews, code reviews, and cloud migration programs.
Responsibilities
- Assess and document current Power Apps/Power Platform applications and define migration strategies to Azure-native solutions.
- Design cloud-native enterprise apps using React, .NET, REST APIs, microservices, and Azure services.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub/GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps for automated builds, tests, security checks, deployments, and observability.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams to ensure production readiness and operations excellence.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams during modernization and deployment.
