Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Math, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience building and creating applications using computer-based intelligent systems (AI/ML).
- Experience with conversational AI and contact center applications.
- Experience with OCR, archival, or vision AI in reporting.
- Experience building and operationalizing custom AI/ML models.
- Programming skills in Python or a comparable language.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients and partners in understanding the power of Google Cloud and AI/ML offerings.
- Translate specialized features into client benefits and help solve potential roadblocks.
- Contribute insights to shape Google Cloud AI/ML strategy for large enterprise customers.
- Demonstrate the business value of Google Cloud AI/ML solutions that satisfy, improve and grow enterprises.
- Collaborate with client teams and internal groups to deploy AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud.
- Travel up to 40% of the time on a per‑case basis.
