Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Mid-Level Cloud AI Engineer to support AI/ML solutions across a multi-cloud government environment serving 70+ tenants. This remote role requires US residency and 8-hour Eastern workday alignment.

You will build, train, and deploy models across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI, while developing data pipelines, model serving, and governance practices to ensure secure, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with AI/ML engineering and data engineering in cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience deploying ML pipelines and model serving in production.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy ML models across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
• Build data pipelines for ingestion, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Implement model serving infrastructure including real-time and batch endpoints.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to operationalize AI/ML solutions and maintain runbooks.
