Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who can meet clients in their homes for design consultations and installation coordination. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary, and you can work with a flexible, hybrid schedule from home and in the field near your home.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete paid sales training.
• Reliable access to motor vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand their needs, style preferences, and storage challenges.
• Design custom closets and other organizational solutions.
• Present design concepts, layouts, finish options, and pricing to clients in a clear, professional manner.
• Prepare accurate measurements, quotes, and proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
