Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health clinicians in Washington. We are seeking LMHC/Licensed therapists to provide telehealth sessions as 1099 contractors, with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

You will receive $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and denied claims, while Rula handles billing, notes, EHR and admin support. Remote work is supported within WA.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behavioral health services to clients via telehealth.
• Maintain client notes and treatment records per policy (Rula handles billing and EHR).
• Coordinate with Rula for referrals and scheduling.
