Job summary

IQVIA in the United States is seeking a Clinical Trial Psych Rater - US Spanish Speaking for remote work. This part-time role offers 10–16 hours per month and focuses on ensuring data integrity in CNS assessments.

You will review scales (PANSS, MINI, CGI-SCH), provide live feedback to raters on methodology and scoring, and support rater training and documentation throughout trials.

Fluency in English and native-level US Spanish is required, with opportunities to collaborate across global teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent). MD, DO, or PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales (PANSS, MINI, CGI-SCH).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• Minimum 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral research).
• Experience in CNS trials preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; meticulous, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all required orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions, ensuring all relevant documents and scale items are available.
• Conduct live interactions with raters to provide feedback and guidance on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions according to schedule.
• Submit all required documentation accurately and on time.
