Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking three Clinical Trial Managers for a fully remote, full-time role. The CTM will oversee trials, manage vendors and CROs, and ensure study execution in alignment with ICH GCP and SOPs.

They will work with internal teams and external partners to maintain milestones and study quality. Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree in life sciences and 3–5 years in clinical operations, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with 3–5 years in core clinical operations functions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience with vendor management, CRO oversight, and study execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of clinical trials including vendor management, CRO oversight, and coordination of study service providers.
• Lead or support cross-functional study teams with focus on Clinical Operations deliverables and study execution.
• Track and report study milestones, metrics, and timelines to leadership.
