Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking three Clinical Trial Managers to join an established Clinical Operations FSP program. The CTM will oversee assigned clinical trials with a focus on vendor and CRO management, study execution, and financial and milestone tracking.

The role ensures compliance with ICH GCP, regulations, protocols, and SOPs while collaborating with internal teams, clinical sites, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of clinical operations experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Residence in Eastern or Central time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of clinical trials including vendor management and CRO oversight.
• Lead cross-functional study teams to deliver Clinical Operations milestones.
• Track milestones, metrics, and timelines for leadership review.
• Ensure adherence to ICH GCP, regulations, protocols, and SOPs.
• Assist in protocols, informed consent, monitoring plans, and study reports.
• Coordinate and maintain TMF with the eTMF team and audit-ready docs.
• Participate in site contracts, budgets, and outsourcing activities.
• Identify issues and contribute to process improvements.
• Support site selection and operational feasibility assessments.
