Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Nursing, Public Health, Clinical Research.
• 0–2 years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial administration, healthcare, or pharmaceutical operations.
• Recent graduates and candidates with internships or academic projects are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of clinical trial processes, study documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Clinical Operations and Clinical Research teams.
• Maintain and organize the Trial Master File (TMF) and other essential study documents.
• Assist with collecting, reviewing, filing, and tracking clinical trial documentation.
• Support study start-up activities, site activation, and study closeout processes.
• Track study milestones, site documentation, training records, and outstanding action items.
• Assist with preparation of study reports, meeting minutes, trackers, and status updates.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and support communication among study teams.
• Support clinical trial document quality checks and completeness reviews.
• Assist with CTMS updates and data entry.
• Ensure documentation follows ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, SOPs, and GDP.
• Support audit readiness, monitoring visits, and regulatory inspection preparation.
• Collaborate with CRAs, Clinical Project Managers, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, and QA teams.
