Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychotherapeutic services to patients in a post-acute care setting through remote, telehealth-based sessions.
  • Offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care and treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Ensure the highest quality of patient care through continuous learning and adherence to clinical standards.

Qualifications:
  • A valid Missouri LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW license required (Kansas license is preferred, but not required).
  • New graduates are welcome to apply; previous clinical experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently with a flexible, self-directed approach.
  • Comfortable with remote work and telehealth platforms.

Expected compensation is estimated range of $61,000 to $82,000 with no cap on productivity income potential.
