Alignerr is seeking experienced Clinical Systems Analysts for an AI training role. Contribute real-world healthcare IT knowledge to shape AI understanding of clinical workflows and hospital operations.

This is a fully remote hourly contract with flexible scheduling, offering the chance to work with leading AI research teams. You will evaluate AI-generated content on EHR workflows, clinical application troubleshooting, and hospital infrastructure impact.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting healthcare IT systems such as EHRs or hospital infrastructure.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and system analysis skills.
• Clear written communication and ability to translate clinical needs into actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, test, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated healthcare IT content.
• Review AI outputs related to EHR workflows and hospital infrastructure.
• Identify inaccuracies and gaps in clinical reasoning in AI responses.
• Translate clinical knowledge into clear, actionable feedback to improve model quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
