Qualifications

• Candidates must be available for non-standard hours, including after 5pm and weekends.
• Must have independent licensure in their field.
• Experience in completing treatment plans and clinical case notes is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team.
• Utilize creativity in client interventions to achieve goals.
• Maintain a caseload of clients each week.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems

Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes

Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients

Comfort working with diverse client base

Education

Independent licensure (LISWS-S preferred)
