Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields required.
• Clinical licensure preferred.
• Experience with treatment plans and clinical case notes essential.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and implement treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Maintain a caseload of minimum 28 client visits per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers and other personnel.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to demonstrate and model stable boundaries

Comfort working with a diverse client base

Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems

Education

Master's degree in behavioral sciences
