Job summary

August Rose Health Center is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor for our outpatient mental health clinic in Maryland. You will guide and supervise a team of intern therapists and clinicians, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and client-centered care.

Lead regular supervision, review treatment plans, and support staff growth through targeted training and ongoing mentorship, while collaborating with leadership to enhance clinic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• LCSW-C licensure is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to the internship team and mental health clinicians.
• Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions with feedback.
• Review and approve treatment plans, session notes, and client assessments for quality and compliance.
• Mentor therapists to support professional growth and skill development.
• Identify training needs and coordinate continuing education and workshops.
• Foster a learning environment and coordinate with leadership to improve services.
