August Rose Health Center LLC seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor for our outpatient mental health clinic in Annapolis, MD. You will supervise clinical staff, oversee treatment planning, and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed, client-centered care. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• LCSW-C licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice with a therapy focus.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a mental health setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for a collaborative work environment.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the quality of clinical services and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Conduct periodic audits of clinical documentation and service delivery.
• Implement performance improvement plans and corrective actions when necessary.

• Collaborate with Medical Director, psychiatrist, administrative staff, and leadership team.
• Participate in management meetings, clinic planning, and decision-making to enhance clinical services.

Quality Assurance

• Monitor the quality of clinical services and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Conduct periodic audits of clinical documentation and service delivery.

Client-Centered Care

• Promote a trauma-informed, culturally competent, and inclusive approach to therapy.
• Advocate for the best interests of clients, ensuring that services are goal-driven and responsive to client needs.
• Support therapists in creating individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals and evidence-based practices.
• Work collaboratively with the Medical Director, psychiatrist, administrative staff, and other leadership team members.
• Participate in management meetings, clinic planning, and decision-making to enhance overall clinical services.
• Ensure effective communication between clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflow and client care.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master's or Doctoral degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Licensure as an LCSW-C.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical practice, with a proven track record in therapy and counseling.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a mental health setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
