Qualifications

• Experience in early phase and/or phase 2/3 studies and global programs.
• Fluent business English (oral and written).

• Lead study operational strategy and oversee execution.
• Oversee CROs/Strategic Partners and manage budgets.
• Ensure timelines align with development plan and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior CSMs and support governance reviews.
