Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Clinical Strategist to provide expert consultative services using analytics and pharmacy intelligence to improve hospital pharmacy supply chains.

You will lead virtual optimization projects, leverage digital tools, and drive efficiency and patient outcomes. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in acute care hospital pharmacy, strong operational and inventory management experience, and an active pharmacist license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in an acute care hospital-based pharmacy
• 2+ years pharmacy operations experience including inventory management/control and pharmacy automation
• Active State Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist License in the U.S. state of residence
• Demonstrated experience in at least 3 pharmacy system or workflow implementation projects

Responsibilities

• Deliver Inventory Optimization services virtually following standardized best practices to optimize medication management processes
• Build and maintain customer relationships using digital tools to meet mutual goals
• Review, validate, prioritize, and implement opportunities to drive optimization using digital tools
• Track ongoing performance and review with customers using dashboards
• Triage customer issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data problems or outliers
• Contribute to service delivery best-practice playbooks
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives requiring pharmacy operations and inventory management expertise
