Job Posting: Remote Clinical Specialist (Part-Time)

Location: Remote

Schedule: Part-time, up to 30 hours per week (unless approved by Clinical Management)

Are you a Licensed or Registered Respiratory Therapist or Nurse with experience in oxygen therapy or respiratory care? Do you thrive in a remote healthcare environment, ensuring patients receive the best support for their equipment needs? If so, this position is for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct remote patient equipment setup and titration studies over the phone.
  • Ensure equipment meets the patient's clinical needs through assessments and guidance.
  • Provide instruction and support for patients on equipment use and care.
  • Document service calls and patient interactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain an up-to-date appointment calendar to coordinate patient support.
  • Present yourself professionally when interacting with patients, caregivers, medical staff, and Inogen employees.
  • Act as a clinical resource, assisting with appointments and troubleshooting concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or a related field.

Licensed or Registered Respiratory Therapist or Nurse (required).

At least 4 years of experience in clinical services or the home medical equipment industry.

Knowledge of oxygen therapy, respiratory treatments, and current medical technologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication and documentation skills—attention to detail is a must!

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
