Job summary

GForce Life Sciences is seeking a Consultant, Clinical Site Lead for a Fortune 500 medical device client. The role focuses on site maintenance, data collection, and field monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity.

The position is a 12-month contract, remote with preference for candidates in Phoenix, AZ, and involves 50-75% travel. Pay is 65-70 USD per hour, with benefits available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a natural science, pre-medicine, nursing, bioengineering or related field.
10+ years of clinical research monitoring experience.
Ability to interpret basic clinical data and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Monitor clinical studies at sites to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy.
Review data and source documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate initiation and enrollment of sites into studies.
Train site personnel on study protocol and regulatory requirements.
Mentor less experienced team members and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
