Job summary

UniTriTeam is seeking a Clinical Research Project Manager to drive end-to-end study start-up and site activation for a clinical research client. This remote role requires coordinating regulatory submissions, budgets, contracts, and timelines across regulatory, contracts, finance, and clinical operations while maintaining GCP compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in clinical research, strong project management skills, and proven ability to manage multiple studies with tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, clinical research, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in trial operations, site operations, or study start-up.
• Experience managing clinical research projects, study start-up activities, or site activation processes.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, and SOPs.
• Proficiency with project management tools, trackers, Excel, and collaborative platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the study start-up process from initial study award through site activation.
• Develop start-up plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for assigned studies.
• Coordinate start-up activities across regulatory, contracts, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Track start-up activities: feasibility, regulatory submissions, IRB approvals, contracts, and budgets.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delays; implement mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional start-up meetings and maintain accountability.
• Provide status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
