Job summary

MSD is seeking a Clinical Research Associate/Monitor to ensure performance and compliance for assigned protocols and sites in the country. The role acts as the primary site contact and site manager across all phases of a clinical study, with a focus on monitoring, regulatory documentation, and collaboration with sponsor teams.

Travel is substantial (65–75%), including domestic and international duties. Immunology experience is preferred, and US and Puerto Rico residents are eligible.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of healthcare experience with 2+ years direct site management (monitoring).
• Immunology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops strong site relationships and ensures continuity through all trial phases.
• Performs site management/monitoring in compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, laws and protocol.
• Gains understanding of the study protocol and procedures; coordinates with sponsor roles.
• Manages regulatory documentation for start-up, maintenance and close-out.
