Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II for a home-based role supporting sites across the United States. You will lead site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities, ensuring protocol adherence and data quality while coordinating with study teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Nursing degree and 2+ years of regional CRA experience, with travel 8–10 days per month within the territory. Knowledge of psychiatry trials is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Nursing Degree required.
• 2+ years as a regional traveling CRA.
• Experience monitoring Psychiatry trials.
• Willingness to travel within the region (8–10 days/month).

Responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits per protocol and GCP.
• Evaluate site readiness and feasibility for study execution.
• Maintain essential regulatory and study documentation for compliance.
• Train site personnel on protocol requirements and data quality.
• Verify source data and protect patient safety and data integrity.
• Resolve data queries and manage investigator files with sites.
• Monitor investigational product handling and accountability.
• Prepare detailed visit reports for Trial Master File.
• Collaborate with study teams on protocol and CRF development.
