Job summary

ProPharma Group is seeking a Research Assistant to support remote site activities across assigned projects. The role emphasizes day-to-day site communications, document submissions, pre-screening, data-entry, and monitoring of clinical databases.

You will maintain IRB/FDA-compliant documentation, assist with study closeout, and collaborate with study teams in a flexible hybrid remote work environment. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least one year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Experience in research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for day-to-day site communications, document submissions and activity coordination.
• Support pre-screening as assigned.
• Perform data-entry, evaluate and respond to system queries and monitor clinical databases as assigned.
• Establish and maintain timely Site communication; maintain IRB/FDA compliant documentation.
• Assist with study closeout and other study-related activities.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
