Lifeforce is seeking a Clinical Quality Assurance Lead to run our clinical QA program. You will audit telehealth visits, calibrate reviewers, and translate audits into actionable scorecards and recommendations.

You’ll own Rippit/MaestroQA, build dashboards, and drive automation to improve coverage and efficiency, initially as an individual contributor with plans for growth. Collaborating with Medical Director, clinical leadership, and operations, you will ensure QA data drives service delivery

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted MD, DO, NP or PA license in good standing.
• 5+ years of clinical practice, including telehealth.
• 2+ years in clinical quality work: chart audits, peer review, OPPE/FPPE, or clinical education.
• Experience running a QA or audit program with rubric-based review and multiple reviewers.
• Hands-on experience administering a QA, audit, or review platform (Rippit, MaestroQA, or similar).
• Comfortable with data: tracking metrics, building reports, spotting trends, and explaining what they mean.
• Working knowledge of preventive and metabolic care, including lipids and cardiovascular risk, hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and peptides.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Self-directed and effective in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the clinical QA program for Lifeforce clinicians, including cadence, sampling, workflows, and documentation.
• Audit telehealth visits and chart notes against SOPs.
• Produce monthly QA scorecards for clinicians with quarterly/annual roll-ups; trigger reviews from complaints or safety concerns.
• Escalate patient safety concerns to clinical leadership.
• Support ad hoc reporting and insights requests related to clinical QA.
• Act as owner/administrator of Rippit: scorecards, rubrics, workflows, integrations, and access.
• Build and maintain QA reporting by clinician, visit type, and membership type.
• Identify trends and translate QA results into actionable recommendations.
• Keep Rippit as the system of record for QA data.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve coverage and protect reviewer time.
• Maintain the Clinical Evaluation Form and calibration library.
