Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a Clinical Practice Liaison to build relationships with APPs and healthcare professionals, focusing on long-term care and community mental health centers. The role emphasizes education on disease state, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatments in alignment with Medical Affairs strategy.

The CPL will partner with national and state organizations, stay current with literature, and identify research opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree, NP, CNS, PA or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience.
• PhD, DNP or PharmD with 2+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of best practices in the clinical practice and related business concepts.
• Ability to lead projects and work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinical/scientific relationships with APPs and other HCPs to facilitate scientific discussions.
• Educate on disease state pathophysiology and evidence-based treatment options.
• Engage with CMHCs, LTC and skilled nursing facilities to support education.
• Collaborate with national/state professional organizations to advance education.
• Stay current with latest literature to enable meaningful clinical interactions.
• Identify research opportunities and project sites for collaboration.
• Provide training to internal Neurocrine teams as needed.
• Attend medical congresses and share insights with the team.
