Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a Clinical Practice Liaison (CPL) to build and maintain clinical relationships with Advanced Practice Providers and other health care professionals, aligning with Medical Affairs strategy.

The role focuses on education about disease state pathophysiology and evidence-based treatments, with a territory spanning multiple states. Requires a PharmD or equivalent with LTC experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree, NP, CNS, PA or equivalent AND 4+ years of similar experience noted above OR PhD, DNP, or PharmD degree AND 2+ years of similar experience noted above
• Knowledge of best practices in the functional discipline and familiarity with related business disciplines
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate cross-functionally with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinical/scientific integrity with local, regional, and national advanced practice KOLs and other HCPs
• Educate across disease state, diagnosis and evidence-based treatment aligned with Medical Affairs' narrative
• Partner with national and state professional organizations to support education
• Stay current in literature and research to enable meaningful clinical interactions
• Attend and provide insights from relevant medical congresses
• Provide feedback and resources to CPLs in the field
• Complete required reports and assignments with deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align with initiatives
