Lyric is seeking a Clinical Analyst to advance clinical content and payment solutions for fast, accurate coverage decisions. You will influence criteria, analyze literature, and Program rules for claim denials while supporting customers with clinical insights.

This remote US role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and data-driven policy development. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in biology, nursing, health sciences, or a related field.
5 years’ experience in direct patient care, clinical research, utilization management, or related areas.
Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and project management tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong analytical and data skills, with Excel pivot/table familiarity.

Responsabilités

Apply claims analytics to identify coverage criteria opportunities.
Evaluate medical literature for evidence-based policy development.
Draft and maintain coverage criteria based on age, presentation, and risk.
Present findings to peers and leadership to gain consensus.
Program rules for denial of claims based on policies.
Enter clinical content into internal tooling and databases.
Provide clinical content support to customers with Customer Operations as needed.
