Job summary

Dragonfly Health is seeking a Clinical Consulting Pharmacist to provide remote medication review and consultation, focusing on prior authorizations, formulary management, and cost-effective therapies. The role requires an active pharmacist license in PA or TN and PharmD preferred, with the flexibility to work remotely.

You will collaborate with providers, evaluate dosing and safety, educate internal teams, and support complex case reviews.

Qualifications

• PharmD or higher degree.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in PA or TN.
• 1+ year pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical review and consultation on medication requests, prior authorizations and benefit determinations.
• Evaluate therapy appropriateness, dosing and safety per evidence-based guidelines.
• Collaborate with providers to clarify prescriptions and suggest alternatives when appropriate.
• Support complex case reviews and appeals with accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate internal teams on formulary management and pharmacy policy updates.
