Job summary

Lancesoft seeks a Pharmacist - Clinical Pharmacist for a fully remote role conducted from the USA. The position is a full-time contract with standard Mon-Fri 9-5 hours.

Compensation is $60.00 to $63.51 per hour on a W2 basis, all-inclusive, with benefits as applicable. Key duties include completing clinical reviews for Medicare/Medicaid coverage, monitoring and improving the Prior Authorization process, and advising physicians on medication regimens.

Qualifications

• Pharm D. degree and an active license in good standing.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Recent grads with an active license are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical reviews and determine Medicare/Medicaid coverage decisions and related determinations.
• Monitor the Prior Authorization process quality and communications with prescribers/m members.
• Provide recommendations to physicians to optimize medication regimens where appropriate.
• Assist in process improvements within the coverage determination pharmacy team.
