AnewHealth is a leading pharmacy care management company focused on complex, chronic needs—delivering better outcomes wherever patients call home. This full-time remote Pharmacist role supports multiple site locations within the assigned territory, with about 40 hours per week and availability outside normal business hours as needed.

Your responsibilities include validating prescriptions, coordinating with healthcare professionals and patients, and ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Ability to work flexible schedule.
• Exceptional standards of customer care.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Self-starter with little to no supervision needed.
• Passion to help people.
• This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking.
• Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Verification of hard copy and digital Rxs
• Communication with healthcare professionals, patients and technicians via phone and email
• Supervision and execution of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers
• Ensure all legal, privacy and compliance requirements are met
