Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (Pharmacist) dedicated to individualized patient care. A dedicated Pharmacist manages a patient caseload, prioritizes safety and outcomes, and collaborates with providers, nurses, and staff to optimize therapy.

The role may require travel to IU Health facilities and occasional weekend rotations, with remote work up to 80% of the time as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy required.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 or PGY2 residency may be required.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Active Indiana Pharmacist license or eligibility for Indiana licensure.
• Board certification or other specialized training may be required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
• May require travel to IU Health facilities.
• May require weekend rotations.
