Job summary

Basepath Health is seeking a hands-on Clinical Operations Lead to architect and operationalize our health-system delivery model for cell and gene therapy. Reporting to the CEO, you will write SOPs, map workflows, and drive day-to-day execution with partner clinicians, pharmacists, and administrators.

You will lead the Patient Navigator team, optimize operations, and create a repeatable onboarding framework to accelerate future partner launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred (MHA, MS).
• Experience building/scaling complex clinical programs within health systems or via a tech-enabled vendor.
• Clinical training or licensure (PharmD, RN/NP, or equivalent).
• Hands-on ownership in ambiguous environments with end-to-end implementation experience.
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and health-system leadership to own Basepath's clinical operating model and drive day-to-day execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams (physicians, pharmacy, nursing, IT, compliance) with governance reporting.
• Author and maintain SOPs; map workflows, create training materials, and design governance controls.
• Collaborate with IT to configure platform workflows, define data exchange, and lead UAT/training.
