Job summary

Ladders client in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech seeks a CTM (FSP) to oversee clinical trial management for low to moderate complexity studies within a fast-paced, regulated research environment. You will partner closely with project managers, clinical teams, and study sites to keep timelines, metrics, and deliverables on track.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical trial management or related roles.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proficient in clinical monitoring practices and regulations, including ICH/GCP and FDA requirements.
• Prior experience in CNS/Neurology clinical trials required.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operations and quality for low to moderate complexity studies.
• Develop clinical tools and contribute to clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and clinical teams to meet project deliverables.
• Monitor clinical activity timelines and metrics to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Communicate with study sites regarding protocol and study-related issues.
• Coordinate start-up activities and ensure regulatory submissions are timely.
• Manage clinical resources and delegate responsibilities effectively.

This role will oversee clinical trial management for low to moderate complexity studies within a fast-paced, regulated research environment. The position also calls for strong leadership across study start-up, regulatory coordination, and day-to-day operational execution.
