Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a senior professional to plan, manage, and report on the day-to-day delivery of its Clinical Monitoring unit.

You will develop and improve policies, ensure high-quality service, and align with regulatory guidelines for Sponsors and researchers across projects. You will lead resource planning, staff performance management, and contractor oversight, while collaborating with sponsors to deliver timely project findings.

Qualifications

• College diploma/university degree in Health Sciences or related field; SoCRA/ACRP certification preferred.
• 4–6 years related experience in clinical monitoring or CRO management.
• Experience managing CRA staff and mentoring colleagues.
• Ability to work in a remote/global capacity and navigate regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage day-to-day delivery of Clinical Monitoring projects.
• Oversee policy/process development and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulations.
• Lead team engagement, staffing, training, and performance management.
• Manage independent contractor services and third-party partnerships.
