Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking a Clinical Manager for Care Management, responsible for operational leadership in utilization management. This fully remote role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced RN leader passionate about improving healthcare quality nationwide.

Key responsibilities include leading clinical teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing operational performance. Ideal candidates will have strong utilization management experience and an active RN license.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license.
• Five or more years of utilization management and/or case management experience.
• Two or more years of leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of utilization management clinicians.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee quality management initiatives.
• Manage departmental productivity and budgets.
• Monitor key performance metrics.
