Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an experienced on-site training specialist to support the HCUS modality product portfolio and future products. You will work with technologists and radiologists to ensure proper operation and optimized image quality.

This role requires up to 85% travel and remote working options within the US. You will develop training materials, provide telephone support, and ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT credentials.
• 5+ years of experience in digital radiology.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates on-site training using validated protocols.
• Collaborates with technologists and radiologists to ensure proper operation of HCUS products.
• Optimizes image quality across HCUS modality products.
• Coordinates each training event with customers and HCUS.
• Develops customer training and support materials.
• Provides telephone support for customers, sales, and field service.
• Gathers and communicates feedback to improve equipment and service.
• Maintains documentation to support training.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and safety standards.
