Job summary

Sentec is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to provide training and education to healthcare professionals, both on-site and virtually, with a focus on maximizing product adoption and patient outcomes. The role collaborates with field sales and marketing to support training programs and new hire development.

The ideal candidate will hold a Science degree and an active RRT license, with prior clinical training experience in the medical device industry preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent education/experience.
• Current RRT license is required.
• Experience training/educating healthcare professionals preferred.
• Medical Device industry experience in Clinical Specialist role highly preferred.
• Knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred.
• Ability to understand new product enhancements and training materials quickly.
• Covid-19 vaccination and vendor credentialing vaccinations required.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for products in key market segments to support revenue growth.
• Coordinate onsite and virtual customer training and education with local sales.
• Develop understanding of technology and articulate clinical and economic value.
• Participate in product evaluations and installations.
• Provide education and hands-on training on products for clinical teams.
• Deliver bedside-use training and education for new and existing accounts.
• Remote position (home-based in Minneapolis–St. Paul area) with travel up to 60%.
