Job summary

Sentec is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to train and educate clinicians on our respiratory care products. The role supports revenue growth through education, customer support and field collaboration, and delivers onsite and virtual trainings, CE and non-CE presentations.

This remote, home-based position covers the Greater Pittsburgh, PA or Greater Cleveland, OH area with up to 60% travel and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent education or experience.
• Current RRT license is required.
• Prior experience training/educating healthcare professionals is preferred.
• Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role is highly preferred.
• Existing in-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred.
• Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materials.
• Covid-19 vaccination or required vaccinations for vendor credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Acts as SME for product use in key market segments to support revenue growth.
• Collaborates with local sales to deliver onsite and virtual training and education.
• Develops understanding of technology across care providers and communicates clinical & economic value.
• Participates in product evaluations and installations.
• Assesses needs and ensures education and hands-on training on products, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Provides education and training to drive optimal bedside use of the technology.
• This remote position is home-based in the Greater Pittsburgh, PA or Greater Cleveland, OH area with up to 60% travel and flexible hours.
