Job summary

The University of Kentucky is seeking a Dosimetrist Clinical for UKHC. This REMOTE position provides comprehensive treatment plans for patients undergoing radiation therapy and collaborates with the Radiation Oncology team in Lexington, KY.

Ideal candidates will be CMD certified within one year of hire, hold a BS, and have a solid understanding of treatment planning, QA, and data transfer between planning systems and OIS. Work hours are 8:00am-5:00pm on weekdays.

Qualifications

• BS degree required.
• CMD certification required within one year of hire.
• University of Kentucky HR processes for equivalencies may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment plans for radiation therapy patients.
• Coordinate dosimetry plan procedures with the Radiation Oncology team.
• Perform QA measurements and data transfer between planning system and Oncology Imaging System (OIS).
• Support imaging and contouring, and verify treatment delivery parameters.
