Job summary
Morrison Healthcare at Mercy Health in Fort Smith, AR is hiring a Clinical Dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy in an acute care setting and support a team focused on compassionate care.

Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
- Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) where applicable.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable wellness.
- Apply evidence-based practice in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality care.
- Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the food service management team to support patient satisfaction and service goals.
