Zusammenfassung

Deloitte is seeking a Clinical Data AMS Senior Consultant to lead SAS Grid administration for biostatistics and real-world data operations. You will ensure platform health, security, and regulatory compliance across SAS, Axway, Elluminate, Eclipse, and EAST environments.

You will coordinate validation activities, manage changes, and drive incident resolution while collaborating with global teams under a remote client service delivery model. Travel is ~10% as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years IT app support/administration in pharma/biotech/CRO
• 3+ years hands-on SAS Grid Administration
• Experience with GxP/validated environments, change control, CSV, audits
• Hands-on with Axway Secure Transport (MFT)
• Linux and Windows server administration in grid contexts
• Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, CSV docs
• ITSM/ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management
• ServiceNow or Jira for ticketing and SLAs
• Degree: B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc(CS) or equivalent
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available; willing to travel ~10%

Aufgaben

• Administer SAS Grid environment (grid nodes, metadata server, workspace servers) with high availability for biostatistical workloads
• Manage Axway Secure Transport for secure data exchange with CROs, labs, regulators
• Provide support for eClinical Elluminate, including data workflows and reports configurations
• Support EAST (Trial design/simulation) configurations and access provisioning
• Lead incident, problem, and change management; drive permanent fixes within SLA
• Coordinate IQ/OQ/PQ activities and maintain validation docs (URS, FRS, test scripts)
• Plan patching, upgrades, DR/backup testing, environment refreshes across Prod/UAT/Dev
• Ensure GxP compliance, data integrity, audit readiness; support audits/inspections
• Manage access control, user provisioning, and SOX/GxP reviews
• Develop SOPs/runbooks and platform architecture docs; monitor licenses and vendor SLAs
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions; participate in go-live readiness and hypercare
• Lead teams of consultants/analysts and maintain change records
• Document validation artefacts and change management in traceability matrices
