Main Line Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Data Abstractor for a hybrid role. You will retrospectively abstract clinical data from medical records following CMS/Joint Commission guidelines and national measures, focusing on open heart charts per PHC4 standards.

Strong analytical skills and collaboration with local and national teams are essential. RN strongly preferred, or a health management degree, or ongoing related studies.

Formación

• Experience with medical terminology required.
• TJC/CMS Core Measure clinical data abstraction/entry or Performance Improvement preferred.
• RN strongly preferred; or Graduate from a health management program preferred; or pursuing a degree in a related health or medical program preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Retrospectively abstract clinical data from medical records per guidelines.
• Collaborate in system meetings, conferences, and educational seminars to stay current with specifications.
• Work on PHC4 Cardiac Surgery abstraction guidelines as required.
