Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is hiring a CT Clinical Education/Applications Specialist to deliver expert clinical training on Siemens CT imaging systems. The role is remote with extensive travel and requires ARRT CT certification and 3+ years of CT experience on Siemens equipment.

Responsibilities include creating training materials, coordinating sessions, and maintaining regulatory documentation while ensuring high-quality customer education and patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid ARRT Certification/Licensure in Computed Tomography - required
• 3+ years of recent clinical CT scanning on contemporary Siemens CT equipment and software - required
• 5+ years of clinical CT scanning experience - preferred
• Proficiency in routine CT imaging on contemporary Siemens CT systems - required
• Proficiency in Cardiac CT (CaSc, CCTA, TAVR, etc.), Dual Energy CT, CT Intervention, Neuro Perfusion, Pediatric Imaging, syngo.via post-processing - preferred
• Must reside within one hour of the airport associated with the posted position - required
• Teaching experience - preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Reliable high-speed home internet access to support Siemens training and remote education sessions
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• PC proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Travel: This remote position requires ≥ 95% travel, generally on weekdays, with two to four overnight stays per week.
• Preparation: Prepare regulatory-approved documentation for end-user training and maintain education materials.
• Communication: Engage with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
• Training Delivery: Conduct clinical training in person and/or remotely for Siemens equipment and software.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage regulatory and core process requirements, timecards, travel booking, expenses, credentialing, and reports.
• Project & Time Management: Work independently, managing time, priorities, and travel.
• Coordinate training activities to improve clinical outcomes, workflow and productivity.
• Proficiency: Maintain clinical and technical competency through Siemens training programs.
