Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead the NEST HUB Consultation Program and optimize clinical-based consultations and referrals. The role supports reducing displacements in foster care through enhanced services and prevention strategies, collaborating with leadership and data teams.

The position requires a Master’s in Mental Health and a clinical license, with 2+ years of relevant experience, and may be remote up to 100% with in-office flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mental Health and clinical license required.
• 2+ years post-graduate work with children in behavioral health/early education.
• Experience with evidence-based service delivery models preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood mental health services and collaboration with families and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization of the NEST HUB clinical consultations and referrals.
• Collaborate with NEST HUB management to identify trends and training needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of client protected health information and HIPAA compliance.
• Represent ABH and NEST HUB in the community and in trainings/meetings.
• Triage requests for NEST HUB services and support contract performance.
