Job summary

Bridging Gapss, LLC is seeking a licensed LPC or LCSW to provide clinical consultation, program oversight, staff support, and quality assurance for behavioral health and community-based programs in Wisconsin. The consultant may support new program development including dementia programming and Medicaid-related initiatives.

The role is an Independent Contractor (1099) on a part-time/as-needed basis with hybrid/remote work and occasional in-person meetings in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin LPC or LCSW license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical behavioral health experience.
• Experience with Medicaid-funded services, CLTS, or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of documentation, ethics, and state regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and consultation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation to leadership and direct service staff.
• Review documentation for quality, compliance, and Medicaid standards.
• Assist with program development and implementation.
• Participate in case consultations and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Provide guidance on crisis situations and clinical decision-making.
• Assist with staff training, coaching, and professional development.
• Review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Wisconsin regulations.
• Support quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• Consult on client treatment planning and behavioral interventions when appropriate.
• Provide recommendations regarding ethical and clinical best practices.
