Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics or BI experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one language such as R or Python.
• Experience building dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Experience handling complex datasets and translating needs into clear outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and improve analytic pipelines and reporting workflows for clinical analytics and quality initiatives.
• Create and troubleshoot operational, clinical, and quality reports with SQL, R, Python, and related tools.
• Build and support dashboards using Shiny, Qlik, and similar platforms for diverse stakeholders.
• Maintain and validate clinical quality reports, updating definitions and logic as needed.
• Partner with clinical quality leaders to gather requirements and translate needs into scalable analytics solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports and dashboards through validation and troubleshooting.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and communicate findings clearly to clinical and administrative audiences.
• Document data sources, transformation logic, and report specs; support testing and deployment.
