Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a remote, licensed Client Support Specialist to serve the Greater Charlotte Metro area. You will work from home but must reside near Charlotte for occasional in-person collaboration.

Training is virtual, and you’ll support high-net-worth clients with assets $250k to $1M. Responsibilities include inbound calls, guidance on investments, and processing service requests. Series 7 is required; Series 63 preferred.

Qualifications

• Series 7 required.
• Series 63 preferred (paid training & support provided).
• 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong technological savvy and comfort with learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers via inbound calls and providing product and service guidance.
• Processing customer requests including options, equities, mutual funds and fixed income trades.
