More about the role :

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering questions about TurboTax products and tax return software. Common inquiries include downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and simple tax questions. We provide continuous support throughout.
  • Get paid $18.50 per hour¹
  • Earn a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours, requiring a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify²
  • Receive a $310 bonus for participating in certification as a TurboTax Product Expert³
  • Certification lasts 3 days
  • Build your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
  • Minimum 30 hours per week required; more hours are welcome
  • You will be supported by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) during live calls and an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist) as your advocate
